 EACH DAY . . . . . . ! I will . . . . . .! Learn something new. Share it with someone else. Do something nice for someone else. Do something nice for myself. Think of at least one specific thing to be thankful for. Do something to grow my business / advance my career. Eat 4 small, HEALTHY meals. Do some form of fun, exercise for at least 20 minutes. Do something I enjoy. Do a chore a day. Or come up with your own list, and post this list somewhere that you’re sure to see it every day. Yours, and my, affirmations will help us to identify the path we want to take in life, will keep us on track, and help us to enjoy life along the way.
